9. Any small stuff that needs "fixin" such as the sink or a squeaky door just go ahead and take care of it, it migth make a huge difference to a buyer.

11. Try to limit the items around your house that a very personal like photos and names on towels, some buyers have a harder time picturing themselves in your house when it's still "YOUR house".
